As such, your participation in counseling will require a secure and confidential space as well as a stable internet connection. If either of these requirements pose a barrier to your participation, please let me know and we can discuss options/resources.
Individual Counseling:
$135-180 per session, 45-60 minutes
I currently accept Oregon Health Plan Open Card (also called “fee-for-service”) and Health Share of Oregon (Care Oregon) insurances
Group Counseling:
Group counseling can be a powerful way to learn about yourself, seek and give support, and try out new, restorative ways of interacting and healing. Research has shown group counseling to be just as, if not more, effective than individual counseling. It’s also often less expensive than individual counseling.
